RENTAL RATES



Our nightly rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis for two people, meaning we make note of the time you pick up your van and expect you back on or before that time on the day you drop it off.

 

Note: Extra travelers (3rd and 4th person per van) are $75 each. (Full Van package includes a sleeping bag, camp chair, cup, pillow and case, and polar fleece sleeping bag liner for each extra person). Maximum number of travelers allowed per Camper/Westy is four (4), as our vans only have seatbelts for four people.

 

Motorola radio(walky-talky)  with weather info (great for multiple van rentals) is available to rent for $7 per van. Ask about group rates!  

 

Lastly, new for 2017 a 4%  Montana Rental vehicle tax charge is now applied to all Van rentals.  We've been calculating this into our cost for the past several years however our operations cost are up and our transparency is important for our clients.

We have needed to raise our rates for 2018 due to the requirement of needing to hire employees help operate our business.  We have been "booking out" over the past few seasons and cannot keep up with demand as we have been operating.  In addition, recognizing our rental season only spans about four months in our area.  Lastly,  the value per the NADA classic vehicle value guide currently has the specific VW campers  we rent valued at (follow link) nadaguides.    We take pride and value our campers and their condition.  We can promise you can't rent a nicer, cleaner camper than through Dragonflyvans.

RENTAL SEASON:

May 1st- October 15th

 

FULL VAN

Includes everything for two people.
(7 days/ 6 nights minimum rental period)
Full week (7 days/ 6 nights) = $2400

3 night min =$1400

(4 days/ 3 night minimum between June 15th-Sept 7)
Each single night of rental (after 1-week minimum) = $250

Each additional person is $85 per trip.

BASE VAN

Includes only chairs, cooler, single-burner cooktop, teapot, and cook pot. (4 days/3 nights minimum rental period)

Full week (7 days/ 6 nights) = $1800

Full week rental is required from June 15-Sept 7

3-night minimum = $900 (3 night min not avail. July Aug)

Each single night of rental (after 3-night minimum) = $250
